(A) MUC16 was coated onto microscopy plates at 2μg/ml. Abs were incubated at 10μg/ml (HIVIG) or 100μg/ml (HIVIG and healthy IgG) prior to washing and incubation with a fluorescent HIV (HIV-RFP). Trapped HIV were imaged by confocal microscopy (left) and the number of trapped virus was quantified using Image J (right).

(B) Indicated Abs (1μg/ml) were incubated with plate-bound MUC16, followed by incubated with 10ng/ml of HIV (SF162). After 1hr, plates were washed and the amount of virus captured was determined by p24 ELISA.
