Controls include non-treated control (NTC), DNA background control (BC), negative electrical exposure control (NC), and DNA diffusion control (DC). Fully injected samples include cells injected once or three times with 1.5, 4.5, or 6.0 mA as the current on the LAN for release of DNA into the cells.
