Polyamine profiles from A. tumefaciens mutants for CASDH and homospermidine synthase (hss). Polyamines were prepared from whole-cell extracts, labeled with AccQ-Fluor, and fractionated over a hydrolysate amino acid analysis HPLC column with an acetonitrile gradient.
