Effects of chronic hypoxia on cardiac hemodynamics in wild-type (WT) versus Cyp2c44 knockout (Cyp2c44−/−) female mice are shown. Cardiac index (A), stroke volume (B), end-diastolic volume (C), and end-systolic volume (D) were decreased in hypoxic (Hypx) WT and Cyp2c44−/− groups.
