Different amounts of totarol, totarol-loaded microspheres, and unloaded microspheres have no influence on the viability of fibroblast (A) and epithelial (B) cells.

Notes: MTT assay was performed after 24 hours of incubation at 37°C with 0.5 mg, 0.75 mg, 1 mg, 1.5 mg, or 2 mg totarol, totarol-loaded microspheres, or unloaded microspheres per mL cell medium to evaluate the viability of the treated cells. Each bar represents the mean of at least three replicates.
