Notes: The effects of (A) TiO₂ NP and (B) ZnO NP on DNA methyltransferase activity (statistically significant P<0.05 [one-way analysis of variance]) in MRC5 cells that were exposed to 24 hours was estimated using colorimetric assay as per EpiSeeker Dnmt Activity Quantification Assay Kit (Abcam, Cambridge, UK).
