Immobility in the forced swim test.

Notes: Effect of ketamine and magnesium treatment on immobility time in the forced swim test. Mice treated with ketamine (15 mg/kg) spent significantly less time immobile than the saline group (*P<0.05). No significant effect of ketamine and magnesium treatment on immobility time. A significant main effect for ketamine was obtained by ANOVA. All data are expressed as mean ± standard error of the mean.
