Normalized sensitivity coefficients for rat (top) and human (bottom) at end of exposure to 30-min inhalation of diesel exhaust particles (rat) or a single cigarette (human). These values show the relative effect of changes in these parameters on the value of the concentration in the lung (e.g. as the fraction bound in blood increases the concentration in the lung decreases but more for humans than rats).
