3The backbone conformation is considered rare if fewer than 20 residues are located in the region, and the MF-RA value of rare-conformation amino acids is 1.5 based on Petock et al., who reported that these residues are likely to be located at the functional site35.

4DISICL divided the Ramachandran plot into 19 regions, and the rest of the area in the Ramachandran plot was considered the 20th region36.
