SMMU-7721 cell lines were implanted subcutaneously in mice and allowed to grow until the tumors reached a size of approximately 150 mm3. Xenografted mice were randomized and injected i.p. with 2.12 mg/kg IRAK1/4 inhibitor 4 times per week. Two weeks later, the average tumor volumes and weights of the IRAK1/4 inhibitor group were analyzed comparing with the control group. Tumor volumes from two groups were analyzed by two-way ANOVA analysis (*p < 0.05). The graph shows individual tumor volume (t-test, *p < 0.05)
