Nine critical amino acids in the constant regions (C) of β15 and α17 were replaced by their murine counterparts. TCR β‐chain and α‐chain were linked by P2A peptide. The sequences of TCR β15 (the lower left panel) and α17 (the lower right panel) were displayed. (B) Details of GSG‐P2A sequences. A GSG flexible linker was incorporated between the TCR β‐chain and the P2A peptide.
