All fly lines are homozygous for the BEAFAB-KO allele, with the indicated mutant BEAF transgene on the indicated chromosome followed by a letter designating independent transformants. Four or five replicate crosses were set up for each fly line, as indicated. Lines that survived >3 generations survived over 20 generations before the experiment was discontinued.
