Nuclei were detected using Hoechst staining. (A) Skin section from a mouse treated with DMSO for 14 days. (B) Skin section from a mouse treated with XX-650-23 for 14 days. (C) Skin section from a mouse that uninfected, left untreated. (D) Skin section stained with secondary antibodies and Hoechst only.
