EBOVLP/Fluc/GP⁺ entry is sensitive to neutralizing antibody in the cell culture model. Anti-EBOV MAb 13C6 was diluted to the indicated concentrations and mixed with EBOVLP/Fluc/GP⁺ (A) or HIV/EBOVpv (B), followed by incubation at 37°C for 1 to 2 h. Then, the mixtures were added to Vero cells, followed by incubation at 37°C. Six hours later, the culture medium was replaced with fresh medium. At 72 h postinoculation, the cells were analyzed by luciferase assay. An irrelevant MAb, 9B5, was used as a negative control in the experiment. The error bars indicate SEM.
