Over-expression of gga-miR-19a activates NF-κB, TNF-α and MyD88 in DF-1 cells transfected with gga-miR-19a or the negative control. A mock transfection was used as a blank. At 48 h post-transfection, the expression of NF-κB (A), TNF-α (B), and MyD88 (C) were measured by RT-qPCR. A mock transfection was used as the blank. All samples were normalized to GAPDH.
