Inhibition of gga-miR-19a reduces NF-κB, TNF-α and MyD88 expression. DF-1 cells were transfected with miR-19a -Inh or the negative control. At 48 h post-transfection, the expression of NF-κB (A), TNF-α (B) and MyD88 (C) were measured by RT-qPCR. A mock transfection was used as the blank, and the expression of GAPDH was used as a loading control. All values are represented as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments in triplicate.
