A Zorbax Extend C18 column (150 × 4.6 mm ID × 5 µm particle size) was used for nanoparticles isolation with a mobile phase 40% of water, 35% acetonitrile (ACN), and 25% methanol and a flow rate of 1.5 mL min⁻¹.
