P-values adjusted for sex, age, field center or ancestry (BPRHS, WHI), family (GOLDN), BMI, smoking, drinking, physical activity, diabetes, medication and total energy intake. The rs3754686 SNP was determined in the PREDIMED Study and imputed in the BPRHS. The proxy SNP rs309180 was used in GOLDN and WHI studies.
