LRD = lateral root density, LRN = lateral root number, MLRL = mean lateral root length, PRL = primary root length, TLRL = total lateral root length, TRL = total root length, SDW = shoot dry weight, RDW = root dry weight, TDW = total dry weight. DW means QTL for SDW, RDW and TDW. QTLs were detected using the new TNDH 2041-map.
