Generation of a HLA-universal iPSC line. iPSCs cultured in monolayer on Laminin-521-coated plates were transduced with a lentiviral vector (pLVTHm) encoding the sequences for a nonspecific shRNA (shNS) or a shRNA targeting β2m transcripts (shβ2m).
