A2BRKO mice have diminished bone formation in hind limbs. A2BRKO and WT mice (6 weeks old, n = 5) and adult (12 weeks old, n = 5) were injected with calcein and Alizarin Red, as described in “Material and methods.” Shown are representative images of bone viewed under fluorescence microscopy.
