Cannabinoid agonists prevent Aβ reduction of ACh relaxation. Vessels from wt mice were precontracted with U46619 (0.03 μM) and ACh (10 μM) vasodilation assessed in the absence and presence of WIN and JWH. Preconstriction levels were similar for all the vessels (approximately 5.44 mN).
