(A) Metabolite levels in wild type (WT, blue bars) and tsa1/2∆ (right green bars) cells exponentially growing in SEM –Trp (OD₆₀₀ = 0.8–0.9) were determined by metabolomic analysis. The data are presented as the mean (pmols/10 OD₆₀₀ units cells) +/− standard error of the mean (N = 3). Red and blue boxes indicate metabolites that were significantly decreased and induced in tsa1/2 cells, respectively. “*” and “**” indicate p values < 0.05 and <0.01, respectively. Some p values greater than 0.05 are also indicated.
