A whole brain analysis conducted in SPM8 using age, sex and familial risk status as covariates revealed four regions in which Non-Users of cannabis had larger volumes than did Regular Users with a threshold of 50 voxels with a p value<0.005. These included the lingual gyrus, anterior cingulum (right and left), and the rolandic operculum (right).
