Detection of viral RNA in spleen cells cultures inoculated with CV-B4 E2 in vitro. Spleen cells cultures were inoculated with CV-B4 E2 mixed with serum from 4 infected mice collected day 30 p.i. (lanes 1, 2, 3 and 4) or inoculated with CV-B4 E2 (lanes 5 and 6), MOI 0.02. Agarose gel electrophoresis of amplicons resulting from RT-PCR (top) and semi-nested-RT-PCR (bottom) are presented.
