(b) First product formed as deposited on a cold Cu(111). (c) Second product after annealing at 200°C. (d) Third product after annealing at 400°C. In the two middle structures the molecule contains 14 hydrogen atoms; in the first and last configurations these extra hydrogen atoms are placed on the copper surface (highlighted in red).
