Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation increased the expression of CRISPLD2 in MRC‐5 cells. MRC‐5 cells were treated by LPS (1 μg/mL) for 6 h and 24 h. Cells were harvested at indicated time points and mRNA expression of IL‐8 and IL‐6 (A), and CRISPLD2 (B), were determined by q‐PCR and normalized to GAPDH (n = 4,*P < 0.05, **< 0.01 vs. 0 h). C: CRISPLD2 protein levels at 0 h and 24 h after LPS treatment were determined by western blot with anti‐CRISPLD2 antibody, and normalized to ACTIN (= 3,* < 0.05).
