(A) Oligonucleotides comprising 80–83 nt of either bottom or top strand of attC_oxa2 wt, attC_oxa2 ΔEHB and attC_oxa2 EHBinv were labeled with ³²P and used at a concentration of 0.01 nM in each binding reaction.
