Rabbits received (n = 3 per condition) 6 doses of HT/PCy (100 mg/kg) or saline solution (NaCl) for 8 days and serum were harvested 2 h after the last gastric gavage. RAC were cultured during 24 h in presence of serum from rabbit at a final concentration of 2.5% (v/v) and stimulated with IL-1β (1 ng/mL) or its vehicle which was NaCl (0 ng/ml) for an additional 24 h. The NO (A) and PGE₂ (B) and MMP-13 (C) released in culture media were measured. ^#p < 0.05 compared to the NaCl condition with IL-1β (1 ng/mL), *p < 0.05 compared to the condition without IL-1β with the same extract solution.
