Functional alignment in the embedding space captured the general organization of functional systems in the human brain. The cerebral cortex was parcellated into 7 networks and 17 networks in 2 experiments. Population-level functional atlases were derived from the brain networks of all individual subjects through a majority voting approach. Each network was represented by a different color.
