Emphysematous cystitis in a 69-year-old man with congestive heart failure, diabetes and chronic obstructive lung disease, suffering from urinary frequency and pain. CT urography (a–d) revealed distended urinary bladder with linear gas-attenuation changes (thin arrows) along the right lateral and upper posterior walls.
