Stratified five-fold cross-validation analysis found that the combination of three neuroimaging variables, FA-SN_Av, CBF-PFC_Av and FA-PWM_Av, showed high efficacy in distinguishing PD (including early PD and mid-late PD) patients from healthy subjects (A) (AUC: 0.988) as well as in distinguishing early PD patients from healthy subjects (B) (AUC: 0.975).
