(A, B) Overexpression of CXCR4 but not the dN20 mutant prevents the mammary tumor growth from inhibition by KLF8 knockdown. The 231-K8ikd, 231-K8ikd/CXCR4 and 231-K8ikd/dN20 cells were injected into the mammary fat pad of the mice. The mice were fed with Dox-diet (I) or control diet (U). The tumor growth rate was followed up for 5 weeks by BLI analysis (a). *P < 0.05 between the U and I groups and between the I + CXCR4 and I + dN20 groups.
