The expression levels of GSK-3β, APC, ICAT and β-catenin, checked by western blotting analysis, were determined by densitometry. The ratio of second sample (GSK-3β/α-tubulin, APC /α-tubulin, ICAT/α-tubulin and β-catenin /α-tubulin) was considered as 1.0.
