NXT extract inhibits H₂O₂-induced cell apoptosis. H9c2 cells were pretreated with or without 0.5 μg/mL NXT for 12 h, and then the cells were treated with 200 μM H₂O₂ for 6 h. Cell apoptosis was assayed by FCM. Apoptotic cells or apoptotic and death cells were quantified. ^∗ P < 0.05 Ctrl versus H₂O₂ only treatment; ^# P < 0.05 H₂O₂ versus NXT treatment.
