Extracellular signal-regulated kinase inhibition attenuated proliferation of human neural stem cells (hNSCs). (A): Cells were cultured for 3 days under conditions of proliferation in the presence or absence of U0126 (5 or 10 µM). Representative immunofluorescence for Ki67 (red) and fluorescence of DAPI (blue) is shown. Treatment with U-0126 attenuated Ki67-positive cells in a dose-dependent manner. (B): Representative immunofluorescence for Ki67 (red) and fluorescence of DAPI (blue) is shown. Treatment with 10 µM U-0126-attenuated Ki67-positive cells in a time-dependent manner.
