Cells were pretreated with DHA (25, 50, 100 μM) for 1 h, followed by incubation with 100 nM TPA for 4 or 16 h. uPAR mRNA level (A), protein level (B), and promoter activity (C) were measured by RT-PCR, western blot, and luciferase activity assay, respectively. *P<0.05 versus control; **P<0.05 versus TPA only.
