(a) BMDCs (1,5 × 10⁶ cells/ml) from both WT and MyD88 KO mice were stimulated with CpG (5 ug/ml), LPS (5 ug/ml), Malp2 (5 ug/ml), Pam3Cys (5 ug/ml), PolyI:C (5 ug/ml), imiquimod (1 ug/ml) and (b) with zymosan (10 ug/ml) and curdlan (10 ug/ml). (c) CD11c+ cells were purified from the spleens of a group of mice (N = 3). CD11c+ cells were then stimulated with LPSr (5ug/ml), CpG (5ug/ml). After 20 h, supernatants were collected and tested for IL-22 production by ELISA (d) BMDCs were stimulated with the cytokines IL-23, IL-18, IL-1b, IL-15 and their combinations. After 20 h, supernatants were collected and tested by ELISA.
