Thermal shift assay for XAAA and MXAA series of peptides. The ΔTm values were obtained by subtraction of the Tm value of apo-Naa50 with that of the peptide-bound form. a, in the XAAA series, in line with biochemical data, only methionine based peptide showed appreciable protein stability followed by leucine.
