Cells were treated with various concentrations of zephycandidine A for 48 h and cell viability was determined by MTT assays using DDP as positive control. Data are presented as the means ± SD of three experiments, P values were derived from Student’s t-test (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001), compared to the control group.
