After the fitting procedure, we obtained $n_{\text{eff}}=1.370\pm 0.002$ and $z_0=\left(80\pm 16\right)$ nm from data plotted in (B), and $z_0=\left(80\pm 10\right)$ nm from data plotted in (C).
