Transcriptome data from paired NGN3+/CD133+ and NGN3/CD133-depleted cell populations isolated from 3 biological replicate exocrine cultures. Data was analyzed for expression of 320 genes annotated as being involved with, or downstream of, neurotrophin signaling (full gene list in Additional file 8: Table S8). Gene symbol, name and fold expression in NGN3+/CD133+ cells are shown ranked by fold expression compared to NGN3/CD133-depleted cells. Genes discussed shown in bold.
