Genotypes were LysM-Cre Adar1+/+(+/+), LysM-Cre Adar1Δ/+(Δ/+), LysM-Cre Adar1Δ/Δ (Δ/Δ), and LysM-Cre Adar1Δ/− (Δ/−). Data are expressed as mean ± SD; the number (n) of animals is indicated. Statistical significance (p value) between Δ/− and Δ/+ was calculated by unpaired t test. Gran = Granulocytes; Hct = hematocrit; Hgb = hemoglobin; MCH = mean corpuscular hemoglobin; MCHC = MCH concentration; Plt = platelet; WBC = white blood cells.
