From the Glycan chain chromatograms (B), UV percentage was calculated taking into account the total glycan strand UV absorbing material separated by HPLC. The UV% of the glycan chain was plotted for the chain from 1 to 25 disaccharide units for 26695 and the amiA mutant (C).
