ARPE-19 cells received 50 ul of lutein-enriched LDL (A) or zeaxanthin-enriched HDL (B) along with the following treatments: 0× (control), 1×, 3×, 5×, or 10× of unenriched LDL (LDL-lutein treatment) (A) or HDL (HDL-zeaxanthin treatment) (B).
