The in vitro testing of FgTri101 ability to interact with DON and 3-epi-DON, respectively. Reaction mixes were assembled in triplicates as mentioned under the Materials and Methods section. Methanol-extracted aliquots were analyzed for 3ADON using the LC-MS/MS approach. Tri101 supported the acetylation of DON but not 3-epi-DON.
