Silence effect of CaSR small interfering RNA (siRNA) transfection. T lymphocytes were transfected with 5 μg positive plasmid or negative plasmid. Protein or mRNA was harvested 24 h post-transfection. Western blot (A) and qRT-PCR (B) results showed that the positive CaSR siRNA plasmid transfection in T lymphocytes reduced the expressions of CaSR mRNA and protein, which increased remarkably in AMI patients. In addition, negative plasmid of CaSR siRNA had no effect on the CaSR expression. * p < 0.05 vs. normal group; Δ p < 0.05 vs. AMI group.
