BL-038 induces mitochondrial dysfunction in human chondrosarcoma cells: (A) Cells were incubated with BL-038 for 24 h, mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) was satiated with JC-1 and examined by flow cytometry; (B) JJ012 cells were incubated with BL-038 (5 μM) for different time intervals, the Bax, Bak, Bcl-2, and Bcl-xL expressions were examined by Western blot analysis; and (C) JJ012 cells were incubated with BL-038 (5 μM) for different time intervals, the levels of cytochrome c in mitochondria and cytosol were examined by Western blot analysis.
