TcpF secretion by tcpB chromosomal missense mutants. Western immunoblots of filter-sterilized culture supernatant (Supe) and whole-cell extract (WCE) samples from O395 WT, ΔtcpB mutant, and tcpB chromosomal mutant strains grown under TCP-expressing conditions and probed with anti-TcpF antiserum.
