Estimation of survival of HuNoV GII strains after HPP by PGM-MB binding assay. HPP treatments of HuNoVs GII.1-509, GII.4-5M, GII.4-765, and GII.6-490 stocks (10⁶ RNA copies/ml) were performed at a range of 200 MPa to 600 MPa at 4°C for 5 min. Untreated and treated HuNoV samples from each strain were incubated with PGM-MBs for 30 min at room temperature followed by real-time RT-PCR. The detection limit was 2 log₁₀ RNA copies/ml.
